Jim Scott, currently the Governor of the Eastern Canada and the Caribbean District of Kiwanis International, a Distinguished Lt. Governor of Division 4, and a Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Forest City-London, has been named Volunteer of the Year by the Ontario Music Festival Association.
